Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience in accounting, advisory, financial audit, or transactions with a top public firm
CPA-eligible; CPA or equivalent preferred
Extensive project management experience, leading teams and coordinating complex projects
Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC issues, IFRS, mergers and acquisitions, or transaction services
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to travel and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Responsibilities
