Vetted Solutions is recruiting a Senior Associate in Financial Due Diligence within the Deal Advisory practice. The role focuses on buy-side and sell-side transaction support and involves extensive data analysis and client interaction.

The Senior Associate will conduct financial and commercial due diligence, including IPO assistance and restructurings, for Fortune 1000 companies, private equity, and lenders. Strong GAAP/IFRS knowledge and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience in accounting, advisory, audit, or transaction services.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, SEC reporting, IFRS, M&A, or transaction services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
