Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of experience in public accounting, transaction advisory, consulting, corporate finance, or related finance environment.
  • Prior financial due diligence experience, including financial analysis for buy-side or sell-side transactions.
  • Advanced Excel modeling and data analysis skills.
  • Experience leading engagement teams and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for PE firms, corporate acquirers, and strategic investors.
  • Analyze target company financial information to assess quality of earnings, assets, working capital, indebtedness, and cash flow.
  • Identify historical and projected operating trends, risks, and value-creation opportunities impacting structure and valuation.
  • Review analyses, diligence workpapers, client-ready reports, and executive presentations.
  • Coordinate engagement activities across client management, CFGI teams, and third-party advisors.
  • Manage multiple concurrent engagements while maintaining quality, budgets, and timelines.
  • Mentor Consultants through technical review, coaching, and development.
  • Participate in proposal development, recruiting, client relationships, and business development.
