Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required, advanced degree preferred.
• 2 to 6 years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function servicing cross‑industry clients at a national level required.
• CPA preferred or CPA in process preferred.
• Solid experience in accounting, audit, or transaction advisory services.
• Strong current knowledge in US GAAP and transaction advisory services.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and simultaneous projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial due diligence on key areas of the Income Statement.
• Create tailored transaction advisory reports addressing business combinations.
• Lead analysis on key operational data and supervise associates.
• Meet or exceed targeted billing hours.
• Participate in business development and proposal efforts.
