Qualifications

• 2 to 6 years of related work experience in consulting.
• Strong current knowledge in US GAAP and SEC Reporting.
• CPA certification preferred or in process.

Responsibilities

• Perform buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements.
• Lead analyses on key operational data and financial findings.
• Supervise, train and mentor associates.
