Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required, Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice.
• Industry recognized professional certification required, CPA or related license/certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge in US GAAP, GAAS, SEC Reporting, transaction advisory services or mergers and acquisitions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and teams in a growing practice.
• Excellent leadership, business development, recruitment, training and mentoring skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial due diligence professionals on buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Coordinate engagements across service lines and international colleagues as needed.
• Plan, execute, direct and complete financial due diligence for buyers from various industries.
• Analyze client data to identify trends, earnings quality adjustments and working capital impacts.
• Draft and socialize findings on earnings quality, net working capital and business performance.
• Manage client expectations regarding timing, deliverables and deadlines.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and mentor senior staff.
• Support proposals and business development efforts; recruit and train teams.
