Accelon Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager, M&A Finance to lead finance workstreams across the full M&A lifecycle—from diligence through close and integration.

You will partner with FP&A, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and Corporate Development to ensure transaction readiness and successful integration. Ideal candidates bring 9+ years in M&A finance, strong modeling, and proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in M&A finance, transaction advisory, or related fields.
• Experience supporting transactions through diligence, modeling, close, and integration.
• Finance integration lead experience — owned workstreams.
• Strong modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills; translate complex info into clear recommendations.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders, workstreams, and deadlines.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes: R2R, O2C, P2P, FP&A, Treasury, Payroll, Tax.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior/executive stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance workstreams across the full M&A lifecycle: diligence, deal planning, close readiness, Day 1 execution, and post-close integration.
• Coordinate pre-close planning across core finance functions to support Day 1 readiness.
• Develop and execute finance integration plans including governance, milestone tracking, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Partner with acquired company finance teams to transition processes, systems, controls, vendors, bank accounts, and reporting.
• Support closing and post-close activities: seller deliverable review, finance approvals, onboarding, transition planning, and settlements.
• Track integration progress, dependencies, and blockers; escalate and resolve issues.
