Job summary

Adobe seeks a Director of M&A Finance to lead end-to-end integration of acquisitions within the CAO organization. You will partner with Finance, Corporate Development, GTM and IT to plan, execute and optimize integration playbooks and ensure timely deal close.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 10+ years of Global M&A and large-scale integrations experience.
• Proven ability to lead and collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of new M&A transactions, from pre-close planning to post-merger integration for finance workstreams (R2R, P2P, Q2C).
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver M&A integration activities with accountability and clear ownership.
• Align operating model, integration approach and org structure across deals to drive execution and efficiencies.
• Develop and maintain integration KPIs to measure value drivers and efficiency.
• Drive integration plans, coordinate teams, run regular meetings and resolve issues proactively.
• Identify and implement best-practice enhancements across the deal lifecycle.
