• 3–6 years of transactional/M&A experience at a law firm, focused on private company M&A.
• Experience including private equity/sponsor clients on acquisitions, dispositions and growth equity.
• Lead on initial deal stages, including term sheets and first drafts of purchase/merger agreements.
• Able to manage multiple matters simultaneously and be admitted (or on track) in CA, IL or FL.
