The position requires a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction, and residency in the hiring jurisdiction with in-office work at least three days per week.

Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant experience in M&A/c corporate transactions.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the jurisdiction of the hiring office.
• Reside in the designated jurisdiction at or prior to time of hire.
• Work in the office at least three business days per week.
• JD from ABA-accredited law school.
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate acquisition agreements and related documentation.
• Support private equity sponsors and portfolio companies throughout the investment lifecycle.
• Manage internal and external client relationships effectively.
