Job summary

UHY LLP is seeking a Transaction Services Senior Analyst to perform buy- and sell-side financial due diligence for middle-market clients. You will work with senior teams, clients, and target management to gather data, analyze financials, and draft findings and reports for deal professionals.

The role requires 2–3 years of audit or transaction advisory experience, a Bachelor’s in accounting or finance, and CPA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with strong academic performance.
• 2–3 years of audit / corporate finance / transaction advisory service experience.
• CPA designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute financial due diligence (buy-side and sell-side) engagements.
• Collaborate with senior team members, clients, and target management.
• Collect financial information and manage diligence request lists.
• Perform financial analyses (margin, trend, cash proofs, data reconciliations).
• Prepare deal analyses and support client deliverables.
• Mentor and supervise junior team members.
