Job summary

UHY is seeking a motivated professional to perform buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for a diverse set of clients in the dynamic middle market. You will work with senior team members and client management to collect data, perform analyses, and prepare reports that support advisory outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with 2–3 years of related experience; CPA designation is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or finance with strong academic performance.
• 2–3 years of audit / corporate finance / transaction advisory service experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute financial due diligence (buy-side and sell-side) engagements.
• Collaborate with senior team members, clients, and target management teams.
• Collect financial information from the target business / manage the diligence request list.
• Perform financial analyses on the target business (margin analyses, trend analysis, cash proofs, data reconciliations).
• Participate in management discussions and correspondence.
• Prepare key deal analyses (Quality of Earnings, Net Working Capital, Debt & Debt-Like).
• Write reports and deliver findings to clients.
• Cultivate client relationships through advisory work.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and supervision to junior team members.
• Support capital raising, restructuring, and traditional sell-side investment banking strategies.
