Frazier & Deeter seeks a Transaction Advisory Supervisor to lead financial due diligence across diverse engagements. You will work directly with clients, analyze historical financials, and provide meaningful insights while managing project timelines and deliverables.

The role requires 3–5+ years in public accounting with 2+ years in transaction advisory, a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, and strong GAAP knowledge.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of public accounting experience, incl. 2+ years in transaction advisory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience leading workstreams or supervising staff on due diligence engagements.
• CPA license or progress toward CPA preferred.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial analysis skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day financial due diligence engagements across multiple clients and industries.
• Prepare quality of earnings deliverables with adjustments to EBITDA and normalization.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and client communications.
• Review workpapers and analyses for accuracy and quality.
• Assist in importing and formatting large data sets and managing data rooms.
