Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Senior Manager in M&A to drive diligence, integration planning, and execution on small to medium transactions. You will connect due diligence findings to the deal thesis, guide integration and separation planning, and keep deals moving with discipline.

The role offers flexibility to work from CBRE offices across the United States and requires strong cross-functional leadership across Finance, People, Legal, Tax, and IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; 8–10 years in strategy, business management, PMO, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead confirmatory due diligence, integration and separation planning and execution on small to medium complexity transactions
• Provide support on complex transactions, contributing to synthesis, integration design, and risk framing
• Connect due diligence findings to the deal thesis, helping leadership understand material issues and decisions
• Translate business requirements into integration and separation plans and track progress against milestones
• Mobilize functional workstreams across Finance, People, Legal, Tax, IT, and other areas with the right expertise at the right time
• Identify and clarify issues, risks, and opportunities, escalating as appropriate and driving urgency on deliverables
• Build effective working partnerships across teams, clarifying roles and resolving cross-functional issues
• Track integration progress and surface risks to the value the deal was intended to create
• Document deal learnings and contribute to methodology and continuous practice improvement
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values
