Job summary

CBRE is seeking an M&A Senior Manager to lead diligence and integration efforts on small to medium complexity transactions. The role focuses on connecting due diligence findings to the deal thesis, guiding integration and separation planning, and maintaining momentum across deals.

You will work within CBRE's Mergers & Acquisitions function, collaborating with Finance, Legal, Tax, IT, People, and other teams, and will have a clear path toward owning more complex transactions over time.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in strategy, business management, project management, business operations, FP&A, or related field; M&A experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to connect functional findings to deal thesis and frame issues for senior stakeholders.
• Strong relationship-building and communication across functions and levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead due diligence, integration and separation planning for small to medium complexity transactions.
• Support complex transactions with synthesis, integration design, and risk framing.
• Translate diligence findings to deal thesis and track milestones.
