CBRE is seeking an M&A Senior Manager to lead diligence and integration on small to medium transactions, translating findings into the deal thesis and driving cross‑functional execution. As a CBRE M&A Senior Manager, you will lead diligence and integration on small to medium complexity transactions and provide support on higher complexity deals. Within the M&A Diligence & Integration function, you will help connect due diligence findings to the deal thesis, support integration and separation planning, and keep transactions moving with rigor and discipline. This is a hands‑on deal leadership role with a clear path toward owning increasingly complex transactions over time.
This job is part of the Mergers & Acquisitions function, responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing M&A transactions to drive corporate growth.
This role offers the flexibility to work from any CBRE office within the United States.
