Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced M&A Director in the United States to lead diligence and integration for complex transactions.

You will work with Corporate Development, Finance, Legal, HR and business sponsors to ensure deals deliver strategic value. The role requires 8–12 years in M&A or related fields, strong cross-functional leadership, and an ability to translate findings into clear leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8–12 years of experience in M&A, strategy, or related field.
• Proven ability to synthesize cross-functional findings for senior leaders.
• Demonstrated success driving multi-stakeholder programs to results.

Responsibilities

• Lead due diligence, integration and separation planning end to end.
• Translate diligence findings into leadership-ready assessments and decisions.
• Design integration/separation plans aligned to strategic intent and value.
• Mobilize cross-functional teams and drive milestones to close.
• Present new ideas and solutions to senior sponsors and leadership.
