M&T Bank's Wilmington Trust Institutional Services division is seeking a Business Analyst to support digital product development in a hybrid role. You will work with senior product owners and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into digital workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in financial services or related business analysis, plus Agile delivery experience and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in business analysis or related field.
Experience documenting requirements, data needs, and business rules.
Strong knowledge of Agile, backlog refinement, and sprint planning.
Experience with financial services, banking or mergers and acquisitions is a plus.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior product owners to translate needs into digital workflows and features.
Document current and future-state processes using modeling tools.
Define data requirements, business rules, and traceability to systems of record.
Support testing, acceptance criteria, and validation with cross-functional teams.
