M&T Bank is seeking a Digital Business Analyst to support the evolution of our M&A deal administration capabilities within the Institutional Services division. This role collaborates with product, technology, operations, risk, and compliance to deliver client‑facing and employee‑facing digital solutions.

Hybrid work arrangement: 4 days in the office within the M&T/Wilmington Trust footprint, with remote consideration if based outside the footprint.

Formación

• Five+ years of combined education/experience in business, technology, or related field.
• Experience supporting digital products, platforms, or technology-enabled processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to engage with risk/compliance stakeholders.
• Ability to document requirements clearly and produce structured documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Elicit and document product requirements from stakeholders.
• Document business processes via interviews and observation.
• Map screen flows and user journeys; review wireframes and prototypes.
• Translate UX feedback into updated requirements; define success metrics.
• Support user acceptance testing and issue triage; ensure traceability from requirements to delivered functionality.
