M&T Bank is seeking a Digital Business Analyst to support the evolution of M&A deal administration capabilities within Institutional Services. The role focuses on documenting requirements, user journeys, and test scripts, while maintaining backlog hygiene and measuring feature adoption.

You will collaborate with product, technology, operations, and risk/compliance teams to deliver client- and employee-facing solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Combined minimum of 5 years' higher education and/or business, technology, or a related field experience.
• BA/BS or equivalent experience in business, technology, or related field.
• Experience supporting digital products, platforms, or technology-enabled processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and produce structured docs.

Aufgaben

• Elicit and document product requirements from key stakeholders.
• Document screen flows and user journeys and review wireframes.
• Translate user feedback into updated requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Define and track success metrics for new features and enhancements.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and issue triage.
• Collaborate with product, technology, operations, and risk/compliance teams.
• Document data/interface requirements and create thorough test scripts.
