Job summary

Burnett Specialists Staffing | Recruiting is partnering with a private equity firm that targets high-velocity M&A to drive rapid growth. The Business Development Analyst leads top-of-funnel deal sourcing, engaging and qualifying targets, then handing a warm pipeline to the M&A execution team.

Primary duties include researching targets across geographies, building blasts of outbound activity, and developing relationships with owners and intermediaries while maintaining meticulous CRM

Responsibilities

• Maintain CRM records, outreach tracking, and call notes.
• Coordinate data handoffs for investment review.
• Represent the firm with professionalism when engaging founders and intermediaries.
