Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting, Austin-based private equity-focused firm, is seeking a Business Development Analyst to identify and develop acquisition opportunities for portfolio companies. You will conduct high-volume outbound calls/emails, research targets, and qualify opportunities, building relationships with owners, brokers, and bankers.

You'll manage the CRM, use data and AI tools to improve sourcing, and collaborate with the M&A team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, sourcing, or client development.
• Bachelor’s degree; strong academic performance preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Interest in private equity, M&A, and business development.

What You'll Do
