Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Senior Manager, Information Security Risk Management (ISRM) Acquisitions & Divestitures, Cybersecurity, Pre-Close, to lead deal-level cybersecurity assessments and deliver clear risk insights for transactions.

You will partner with Corporate Development, Legal, Privacy, and Finance to ensure Day 1 security priorities are defined, documented, and integrated post-close across complex lifecycle transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, information risk management, technology delivery, security architecture, M&A transaction support, due diligence, integration or separation.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity due diligence for acquisitions, divestitures, licensing, and minority investments.
• Translate diligence evidence into clear risk insights and practical mitigation recommendations.
• Coordinate assessment timelines, document findings, and escalate material risk issues.
• Partner with Corporate Development, Legal, Privacy, Finance, and Technology Services to align on security requirements.
• Translate findings into Day 1 objectives and post-close handoff materials.
• Contribute to playbooks, risk taxonomies, and reporting templates to improve diligence speed.
