Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager for Information Security Risk Management (ISRM) in Acquisitions & Divestitures. You will lead cybersecurity due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, licensing, minority investments and strategic partnerships, translating findings into risk insights and action plans.

You will collaborate across Corporate Development, Legal, Privacy, Finance, and Technology Services to ensure Day 1 security priorities are defined and ensured post-close.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity and information risk management.
• Experience leading or supporting cybersecurity due diligence for M&A transactions.
• Ability to translate technical findings into business-focused recommendations and risk narratives.

Responsabilités

• Lead deal-level cybersecurity due diligence across M&A transactions, divestitures, licensing arrangements, minority investments and partnerships.
• Translate diligence findings into risk insights and practical mitigation recommendations.
• Coordinate with Corporate Development, Legal, Privacy, Finance, Technology Services, and deal teams to ensure risk issues are understood and escalated.
• Define Day 1 security priorities, TSA considerations, and post-close handoff requirements.
• Contribute to the design and improvement of diligence playbooks, risk taxonomies, and reporting templates.
