Job summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Manager within ISRM A&D Cybersecurity, Pre-Close to lead cybersecurity due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, licenses, and strategic partnerships. You will evaluate target-state environments, challenge assumptions, and define practical mitigations, partnering with deal teams to ensure Day 1 security priorities

Qualifications

• 8+ years in cybersecurity, risk management, and M&A due diligence.
• Lead or support cybersecurity due diligence and transaction assessments.
• Strong knowledge of privacy, legal, regulatory obligations in healthcare and regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Deal Lead for Pre-Close Cybersecurity Due Diligence across transactions.
• Evaluate target environments across security domains to identify material risks.
• Translate findings into business-relevant recommendations for Day 1 and post-close planning.
• Coordinate with Corporate Development, Legal, Privacy, Finance, Technology Services and deal sponsors.
• Prepare evidence for deal teams and leadership with clear risk conclusions.
• Contribute to diligence playbooks, templates, and dashboards for efficiency.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to analysts and cross-functional contributors.
