Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, Information Security Risk Management (ISRM) for Acquisitions & Divestitures (A&D) Cybersecurity, Pre-Close. You will lead deal-level assessments, translate findings into actionable risk insights, and guide risk-informed decisions before close.

The role partners with Corporate Development, Legal, Privacy, Finance, Technology Services, and ISRM to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, information risk management, and M&A transaction support.

Responsibilities

• Lead deal-level cybersecurity assessments for acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic partnerships.
• Translate diligence findings into risk insights and practical mitigation recommendations.
• Coordinate with Corporate Development, Legal, Privacy, Finance, Technology Services, and ISRM owners to align risk and business goals.
• Act as the primary ISRM A&D cybersecurity lead, managing evidence, timelines, and findings for deal teams and leadership.
