The ideal candidate has a J.D. and an active bar admission, and at least 3 years of corporate or M&A experience at a law firm, with strong drafting, negotiation, and client-communication

Responsabilidades

• Handle M&A transactions and general corporate matters for regional business clients
• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements and other transaction documents
• Manage due diligence and closings
• Advise clients on entity formation, governance, and contracts
• Work closely with an experienced corporate team, with on-site training in the Manchester office at the start
