Qualifications

• 3–7 years of commercial litigation experience.
• Experience in complex corporate and commercial disputes.
• Strong pleadings, motions, and discovery experience.
• Experience with e-discovery.
• Deposition/court appearance experience is a plus.
• Admission to the New Hampshire Bar is required.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in complex corporate and commercial disputes.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery matters.
