Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation-related documents
• Manage written discovery, including document review and e-discovery processes
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, briefs, and case analysis
• Assist with depositions, hearings, and other court-related proceedings
• Support case strategy, timeline management, and matter progression
