Job summary

Eaton Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager - M&A Compliance in Beachwood, OH or Moon Township, PA, to lead global controls and compliance initiatives around acquisitions, mergers, and divestitures. The role requires coordinating with Acquisition & Divestiture teams and driving SOX readiness across the deal lifecycle.

The position is hybrid with up to 25% travel and reports to the CCA team, focusing on aligning acquired businesses with Eaton policies and control frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10 years of accounting/finance/internal control experience.
• Relocation assistance is not available; candidates must live within 50 miles of Beachwood OH or Moon Township PA.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead global controls and compliance initiatives for acquisition, merger, and divestiture activities.
• Serve as the primary CCA partner to Acquisition & Divestiture Accounting and integration teams for M&A activity, including SOX readiness planning.
• Develop and execute action plans to align acquired businesses with Eaton policies and control framework.
• Mentor 1–3 resources and oversee their work within CCA objectives.
• Provide updates to senior leadership on SOX readiness, risks, and remediation plans.
