Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver presentations throughout the deal execution period.
• Assist in coordinating due diligence processes for M&A transactions.
• Assist in the execution of M&A transactions, mostly on sell-side deals.
• Conduct extensive industry, market, and company research.
• Build and maintain client relations with established and prospective clients.
