The role involves handling domestic and cross-border deals, and advising on complex structural corporate issues across buy and sell-sides.

Candidates must be admitted to the state bar or eligible to waive, possess strong research and analytical abilities, and deliver excellent client service within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of significant mergers & acquisitions experience.
• Experience handling domestic and cross-border transactions on buy/sell sides.
• Understanding of complex corporate issues in acquisitions, divestitures, spinoffs, carve-outs, LBOs, recapitalization, tender offers.
