Morrison Foerster LLP in New York seeks an attorney with 2–6 years of mergers and acquisitions and related strategic transactions experience. You will handle domestic and cross-border deals on both buy- and sell-side while navigating complex corporate issues.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of significant experience in mergers + acquisitions and other strategic transactions.
• Experience handling domestic and cross-border transactions, on both buy- and sell-side.
• Solid understanding of complex structural and corporate issues in acquisitions, divestitures, strategic alliances, spin-offs, carve-outs, LBOs, recapitalization, and tender offers.
• Ability to concisely communicate complex matters in oral and written form; strong research and analytical skills.
