Qualifications

• 4–6 years of corporate transactional experience at a law firm or in-house legal department.
• Experience managing complex M&A projects and timelines with private equity focus.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to interact with clients, investment bankers, and advisors.
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing with the Colorado state bar.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a broad range of corporate transactions, including M&A, reorganizations, and strategic investments.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents such as purchase agreements and operating agreements.
• Conduct and manage due diligence processes.
• Provide general counsel services including governance and compliance matters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across offices and practice areas.
• Support senior attorneys in managing client relationships and business development.
