Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate definitive and ancillary transaction documents.
• Manage due diligence processes.
• Advise private companies, investors, and portfolio companies on corporate matters.
• Collaborate with partners and clients throughout transaction lifecycles.
• Manage multiple matters efficiently with increasing responsibility.
