It starts with our people, which is why we need a highly motivated, well-qualified mid-level associate (four to six years of experience) to join our nationally recognized M&A and Corporate Finance practice in our Denver office. You will play a critical role in handling complex corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, and general corporate governance. This role offers direct access to high-profile clients and complex, cross-market transactions collaborating with team members in jurisdictions across the United States, Europe, and the Middle East.

Pursuant to the Colorado pay transparency laws, BCLP is posting a reasonable estimate of a compensation range for an Associate with four to six years of experience. At the time of posting, the estimated range is $250,000 to $315,000. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to the level of relevant experience, skill sets, training, licensure and certifications, internal equity, market data, and other job-related factors permitted by law. The range is based on a full-time work schedule.
