Qualifications

• 4–6 years of corporate transactional experience at a law firm or in-house
• Experience managing complex M&A projects and private equity transactions
• Significant attention to detail and ability to interact with clients, bankers, and advisers
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to distill complex information into actionable advice
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
• Collaborative team player with ownership mentality and responsibility
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing with the Colorado state bar

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a broad range of corporate transactions, including M&A, reorganizations, and strategic investments
• Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents such as purchase agreements and other corporate contracts
• Conduct and manage due diligence processes
• Provide general counsel services including formation, governance, and compliance matters
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across offices and practice areas
• Support senior attorneys in managing client relationships and business development initiatives
• Embrace use of AI resources in practice
