Job summary

LiveWell Partners, based in St. Louis, MO, seeks an M&A Analyst to actively support acquisition and post-close integration work in an in-office/hybrid setting. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field required; CFA/CPA or progress toward is a plus.
• 1–3 years in transaction advisory, investment banking, accounting, finance, or commercial banking; M&A or healthcare services exposure preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with ERP packages; excellent written and verbal communication.
• High integrity, self-direction, curiosity, and ability to manage multiple deals under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support full acquisition and integration process, preparing analyses and materials for close and integration.
• Build and maintain valuation models using historical and forecasted data.
• Identify synergies and help set post-close revenue and EBITDA targets.
• Assist with due diligence, quality of earnings reviews, and playbook enhancements.
• Contribute to opening balance sheets and purchase price allocations; coordinate with accounting.
