Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in outbound calling, inside sales, lead generation, appointment setting, business development, or a similar relationship-driven role.
• Proven comfort with high-volume outbound outreach and the ability to engage cold prospects, generate interest, and set qualified appointments.
• Strong verbal communication and active-listening skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust over the phone.
• CRM discipline and organized record-keeping to track activity, follow-up, and relationship status.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to home health and hospice agency owners via phone, email, and other relationship-building strategies to identify acquisition opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with prospective sellers by assessing interest, motivations, and timing while identifying qualified opportunities.
• Schedule and coordinate discovery calls and in-person meetings between qualified owners and the acquisitions team, ensuring a seamless handoff.
