Job summary

Thrive Physical Therapy Partners seeks an Acquisitions (M&A) Analyst in Chicago to evaluate partnership opportunities, perform due diligence, and support deal execution. You will join a collaborative team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, working closely with senior management and board members.

A Bachelor's degree is required; 1-3 years in accounting, FP&A, investment banking, PE, or consulting with PE due diligence is preferred; local to Chicago and onsite 4 days a week.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of analyst experience in accounting, FP&A, investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or direct lending
• Or 1-3 years in top-tier consulting supporting PE in due diligence, M&A, or transaction advisory
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees a plus

Responsibilities

• Evaluating and analyzing potential acquisition opportunities
• Preparing investment review packages for management and board
• Performing due diligence, valuation analysis, and proposal development for candidates
• Drafting LOIs, purchase agreements and ancillary documents with senior management and board
• Wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
