The role provides hands- on exposure to live transactions and interaction with senior executives. This position reports directly to the VP of Corporate Development and is designed for a professional with approximately two to four years of experience in investment banking or corporate development. **Responsibilities:*** Create valuation models (DCF, trading comps, transaction comps, accretion/dilution) and support synergy assessments.* Prepare executive - ready presentations, investment committee materials, and board updates.* Participate in the execution stages of the transaction process - due diligence, confirmatory diligence, and integration readiness.* Evaluate key deal issues and potential deal breakers; summarize findings and implications for leadership.* Maintain internal M&A processes and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.* Support documentation, diligence tracking, and data - room management across multiple live transactions.* Coordinate cross - functional teams (finance, legal, operations, HR, IT, security) to gather information and validate assumptions.* Develop and maintain relationships with internal business units, external advisors, and potential target companies.* Represent the company at select industry events and networking opportunities to expand visibility and deal flow.**Qualifications:** *Required:** Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, engineering, economics, or a related discipline.* Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in investment banking, corporate development or transaction advisory.* Demonstrated skill in building and maintaining complex financial models and valuations.* Strong analytical and critical - thinking skills; ability to translate data into actionable insight.* Hands-on experience with FactSet / CapitalIQ;* Advanced expertise in Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
