Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking an analytical professional to provide rigorous financial modeling and research support for the Mergers & Acquisitions group. Candidate will provide analytical support for group responsible for Lockheed Martin’s Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) activities. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Provide detailed financial models on prospective Mergers and Acquisition (M&A) targets

Basic Qualifications
  • Strong familiarity with financial concepts (including accounting and valuation) obtained either through education or work experience.
  • Proficiency in key Microsoft Office applications including Powerpoint, Excel, and Word
  • Experience using spreadsheets to perform financial analysis
  • Presentation skillset to senior internal and external stakeholders. Ability to coordinate across businesses and functions.
Desired Skills
  • 2-4 years of related work experience
  • MBA level or other advanced financial coursework helpful
  • Familiarity with financial information systems
  • Defense/Aerospace industry experience
  • Organized and attentive to detail
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence objectives of a project or organization.
Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $95900.00 - $178100.00

  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
