Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum relevant experience in Hematology/Oncology with focus on lymphoma preferred.
• Experience in biotech/pharmaceutical sales, with emphasis on skills and achievements rather than years.
• Ability to travel; driving record and transportation readiness required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in person, virtually, or as requested to promote products.
• Represent Incyte professionally, compliantly, and ethically.
• Provide feedback on marketing tools and sales activity effectiveness.
• Coordinate with matrix teams to ensure access to Incyte products for patients.
• Deliver branded disease-state messages and execute business plans and promotional programs.
• Develop deep disease state knowledge and exemplary selling skills.
• Create a strategic local business plan reflecting market knowledge.
• Aim to consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets.
