Job summary

Incyte is seeking an Oncology/Hematology Specialist to drive demand creation, educate customers and promote products within the lymphoma franchise. You will work with internal and external partners to execute marketing strategies and ensure access for patients.

The role requires travel across designated territory, delivering disease-state education and strategic plan execution while maintaining high ethical standards and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Ability to travel as required across territory.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Experience with buy and bill oncolytics and specialty pharmacies preferred but not required.
• Minimum experience in Hematology/Oncology, lymphoma focus preferred.
• Biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in-person or virtually to promote products.
• Represent products in a professional, ethical manner.
• Provide feedback on marketing tools and tactics.
• Coordinate with matrix team to ensure patient access.
• Manage accounts and ensure product access and reimbursement.
• Deliver branded messages and execute business plans.
• Show deep disease state knowledge and selling skills.
• Develop and maintain a local market business plan.
• Aim to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
