Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in good standing.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Designs an appropriate plan of care integrating goals, treatment, outcomes and discharge plan.
• Educates patients and families using effective teaching methods.
• Evaluates clinical findings to determine PT diagnoses and outcomes of care; conducts examinations.
• Completes documentation per policy and regulatory standards.
• Provides supervision to PTA and rehab technicians as applicable.
