Job summary

Carle Health seeks a Physical Therapist (PT), Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or Occupational Therapist (OT) to evaluate and treat patients of all ages, with a focus on lymphedema management. Certification in lymphedema is preferred but not required.

The compensation range will vary depending on licensure and may differ from the posted range. The role offers a sign-on bonus and a Monday–Friday schedule of 8-hour days, with full-time responsibilities and potential for alternative shift

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field and applicable licensure.
• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or Occupational Therapist (OT).
• BLS certification within 30 days (AHA).

Responsibilities

• Perform patient transfers safely with proper body mechanics.
• Develop and adjust plans of care based on patient response.
• Educate patients and families using effective teaching methods.
• Evaluate clinical findings to determine PT diagnoses.
• Document in compliance with CTSCP67 and regulatory standards.
• Supervise PTA and rehabilitation technicians as required.
