Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) and related roles to evaluate and treat patients of all ages. Lymphedema certification is preferred but not required. The position offers a sign-on bonus and a full-time daytime schedule (M-F, 8-hour days).

The role includes designing care plans, educating patients and families, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, with potential shifts beyond the standard day.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) with current credentials.
• </br>Full license or eligibility in the state where practicing.

Responsibilities

• Designs and implements a plan of care for patients.
• Participates in patient transfers with safe body mechanics.
• Educates patients and families about treatment plans.
• Documents care per policy and coordinates with the care team.
• Provides supervision to PTA and rehab technicians.
