Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the appropriate regulatory jurisdiction.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates ability to perform patient transfers with safe body mechanics.
• Treats patients with dignity and empathy and engages with staff and families.
• Designs and adjusts a plan of care with goals, treatment, outcomes, and discharge planning.
