Lexington Medical Center is seeking a Lymphedema Specialist Physical Therapist for outpatient care in West Columbia, SC. The role focuses on restoring function after trauma or disease through specialized PT interventions and patient education. Flexibility in hours and a sign-on bonus are noted.

Minimum qualifications include a BS in Physical Therapy, SC licensure, and CPR. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans and document patient progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or higher in Physical Therapy.
• Graduate of a PT program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or equivalent.
• SC licensure with the SC State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Provides direct outpatient physical therapy to referred patients.
• Evaluates patients using standard tests and measurements.
• Develops and implements treatment plans to restore function.
• Documents patient treatments and progress notes.
• Instructs patients and families in home programs.
• Supervises assistants and coordinates with interdisciplinary team.
• Schedules patients and participates in department meetings.
