Job summary

Lexington Health in West Columbia, SC, seeks a professional to perform outpatient physical therapy services focused on restoring function after trauma or disease. The role requires a BS in Physical Therapy and SC licensure, with CPR certification and program approval per SC guidelines. Sign-on bonus available.

Qualifications

Licensed to practice physical therapy in the State of South Carolina (SC)
Bachelor of Science Degree or higher in Physical Therapy
Graduate of a PT program approved by the SC State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners

Responsibilities

Provide direct outpatient physical therapy per physician referral
Assess patients across all ages with appropriate tests and measures
Develop and implement treatment plans to restore function
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs
supervise assistants and coordinate with interdisciplinary team
